pkr298 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Where such proof is not provided within a reasonable timeframe, pkr298 reserves the right to suspend or close the relevant Account and withhold pending withdrawal requests pending investigation.
All users are solely and exclusively responsible for determining whether their use of the pkr298 platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction, including but not limited to Pakistani federal and provincial law. pkr298 makes no warranty or representation regarding the legality of use in any specific jurisdiction.
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on pkr298. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information at all times.
pkr298 applies a mandatory KYC verification process to all Accounts prior to processing the first withdrawal. KYC verification may require submission of government-issued photo identification (such as a Pakistani CNIC) and proof of address. Until KYC verification is complete, withdrawal requests will not be processed. pkr298 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for security, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance purposes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. Any activity conducted through your pkr298 Account is your responsibility. pkr298 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
All deposits and withdrawals on pkr298 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.
The minimum deposit on pkr298 is Rs 500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published in the Cashier section of your Account and are subject to change. pkr298 does not apply platform-side deposit or withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may impose their own charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC completion. pkr298 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse withdrawal requests in cases of suspected fraud, incomplete KYC, active bonus wagering requirements, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Funds held in your pkr298 PKR Wallet are not transferable to another player's Account under any circumstances. Unauthorised transfer or sale of Account funds is strictly prohibited.
All bets placed on the pkr298 sportsbook and all gaming sessions on pkr298 Casino are subject to the individual game rules applicable to each product. pkr298 accepts no responsibility for bets placed in error by the player. All bets are final once confirmed through the platform interface.
In the event of a technical error during a live casino session or sports betting event, pkr298 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player Accounts. Winnings resulting from technical errors, system malfunctions, or incorrectly displayed odds are not valid and may be reclaimed by pkr298.
pkr298 offers cricket betting on PSL, international Test matches, T20Is, ODIs, and other domestic and international cricket competitions, as well as betting on football, UFC, boxing, basketball, and other sports. The availability of specific markets is at pkr298's discretion and may change without notice.
pkr298 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and loyalty programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry periods, as stated at the time the bonus is offered.
Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable Real Money. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the individual bonus terms. Withdrawing Real Money balances before completing the applicable wagering requirement will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated bonus winnings.
pkr298 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only. Any attempt to exploit pkr298 bonuses through coordinated group play, arbitrage, or other systematic methods constitutes prohibited conduct and may result in Account suspension.

pkr298 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaging in prohibited conduct and to forfeit any balances held in such Accounts where legally permissible.

All registered players have access to the following responsible gaming tools directly from their Account settings: self-imposed deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, and self-exclusion. Self-exclusion, once activated, is immediately effective and may not be reversed before the elected exclusion period expires.

pkr298 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind. pkr298 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and accepts no liability for downtime caused by maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond pkr298's reasonable control.
These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which pkr298 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through pkr298's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable Pakistani consumer protection law.
pkr298 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, pkr298 will endeavour to notify registered users via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account, or through a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the pkr298 platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
